We are looking for you to work as an hourly substitute within healthcare and care services in Sveg, Ytterhogdal, Lillhärdal, and Funäsdalen! Job Responsibilities Working as an hourly substitute with us involves work in home care services, residential care facilities, or support services in operations that run 24/7, every day of the week, year-round. In home care services, you provide support to clients in their own homes and assist with tasks they can no longer manage independently. This may include personal care such as dressing, hygiene, or eating, as well as social support for activities like walks or helping clients participate in activities based on their interests. Work in residential care facilities involves providing care and support to individuals with extensive needs who can no longer remain in their own homes. You work closely with residents to create security and good quality of life in daily life. In support services, your task is to contribute to security, participation, and quality of life for people with disabilities. You are an important part of creating structure, support, and meaningful daily life based on each individual's needs and circumstances. On-call night shifts may be included. Qualifications Requirements: - Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. To work in care of the elderly and adults with disabilities, an extract from the criminal record register is required. Bring the extract if called for an interview. Meritorious: - A driver's license is an asset but not always a requirement. Indicate in your application whether or not you have a driver's license. - Previous experience working in support services, healthcare and care, or social psychiatry.
