The Position and Your Responsibilities We are currently looking for someone who can step in and work at short notice when a member of our regular staff is absent. As a substitute teacher, you will conduct lessons according to the schedule that the regular teacher would have taught. Your assignment may also include work as a resource person or working in the afterschool program. Your responsibilities also include: Ensuring a sense of security and a conducive learning environment in the student group.
