The Organization Klockarbergsskolan in Skinnskatteberg is beautifully located in the center of the village right next to the church with a view over Lake Nedre Vättern. Klockarbergsskolan is the municipality's only primary school/adapted primary school and has approximately 400 students in grades F-9. Within the school area there is after-school care, a sports hall, library, and cultural school. The goal is to create a safe school with a holistic approach and shared values for parents and students from when the student enters preschool class until they finish grade 9. The school should be characterized by an open and good working climate where students and teachers enjoy being together. The municipality's smaller size means that decisions are made quickly and the opportunity to influence the development of operations is great. Job Responsibilities We are now seeking substitute teachers for grades F-9, both as teachers and as support resources. Daily tasks include planning, implementing, evaluating, and ensuring high-quality educational activities that create coherence for students' entire school day. Qualifications You have some form of pedagogical education and are attentive and flexible as each workday can look different depending on the day's needs. You communicate easily and cooperate well with both students and colleagues. Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal qualities and abilities and see that you are communicative and build relationships easily with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are structured in your teaching and a good leader in the classroom. You have a good understanding of how different people learn and communicate clearly. Work Hours/Duration Substitute position as needed with start date by agreement. Before employment, an extract from the criminal records register must be provided. Interviews may be conducted on a rolling basis. Other Information During the interview, you will need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or identity certificate together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must provide proof of a valid work permit or be exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
