We would like you to: have a genuine interest in helping others. be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, weekend, and round-the-clock. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights. have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
