Adonia Omsorg, together with our sister company Steget Vidare, has extensive experience in care work. We are an established company in Västra Götaland offering services such as supported housing, HVB, and foster care. Our operations are expanding strategically: following the successful launch of our first group home in 2025, we are now preparing the opening of our next unit, Korngatan, and starting our own daily activities program. Our vision is to create a strong knowledge cluster in Alingsås municipality. Through collaboration and shared expertise between our locations, we strengthen our ability to successfully carry out even the most complex assignments. About the Position at Erskavägen At the group home Erskavägen, which consists of six apartments, we support individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, or autism-like conditions. Operations run 24/7, which means work shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. To ensure high quality care, we appreciate relevant experience. Knowledge of and experience working with challenging behavior, self-harm issues, and substance use are highly valued.
