We are seeking hourly substitutes for evenings and weekends as a personal assistant to a service user. The service user is a 33-year-old woman in Horred who has assistants around the clock. We specifically need to strengthen our substitute pool with hourly workers who can step in on short notice for evening shifts 15:30-22:15. You will fill in when regular assistants are sick. However, you can also be scheduled regularly if you prefer. You should also be able to cover weekend shifts. Weekend shifts are 7:00-15:30 or 15:30-22:15. "I am looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and takes initiative. You are physically and mentally strong and can handle stressful situations. I use a wheelchair and have seizures. I need help and support in my daily life. You should be willing to go on walks, cook meals, and do things that make my everyday life special." Horred is located between Varberg and Borås. Tell us how you can work as an hourly substitute. You will work in a team together with other assistants who all provide important support for creating a good life for the service user. At each shift, there are two people with the service user. We are looking for someone who is flexible and positive. It's beneficial if you have a driver's license and your own car, as public transportation to the service user is limited. It's best if you live in Horred, Skene, Kinna, or nearby areas. You need to be able to get to work even when the bus doesn't run. Start date is immediate. You will shadow one shift with another personal assistant before you begin on your own. We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar work, but personal suitability is most important. You are positive, attentive, and organized. Work as a personal assistant requires initiative and a willingness to perform tasks customary to the profession. It is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis – first with the operations manager through a digital video or phone meeting. After that, you will meet the service user and the group leader.
