JOB DUTIES You can work within several of our operations: • Home care services • Elderly care facilities • Personal assistance • LSS housing and day activities Examples of job tasks: • Support with personal care and everyday tasks • Help with meals, cleaning, and shopping • Social support and activities • Documentation and collaboration with colleagues • The work is varied and can be performed both independently and in teams. Practical information about the role: • As a temporary worker, you work as needed and enter your availability in TimeCarePool yourself • As a monthly worker, you receive a schedule and a monthly employment contract • Working hours: day, evening, night, and weekends • You should be able to work approximately three shifts per week and some weekends per month • Introduction and training are included, including delegation when needed QUALIFICATIONS The most important thing is your attitude and commitment! We are looking for you if you: • Are positive, responsible, and enjoy working with people • Are flexible and can adapt to different situations • Can work independently and take initiative • Are at least 18 years old • Can speak and write Swedish • Have basic digital skills • Have access to Bank ID Meritorious qualifications: • Experience in care and support work • B driver's license (required for home care and certain operations) • Knowledge of additional languages Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
