We are seeking people interested in working as hourly employees in Special Housing facilities as well as short-term housing. We offer meaningful work for our elderly residents. Work Tasks We are seeking temporary staff for our special housing facilities: Sjögläntan Humlegården Here is some information about the position: As staff at a special housing facility, your work tasks include assisting residents in daily life with social interaction and activities, help with personal hygiene, cleaning/laundry, documentation, and medication management with delegated tasks from the registered nurse. Qualifications We are looking for someone with care education or alternatively experience from social care work or other experience that the employer deems relevant. You must be at least 18 years old and have proficiency in Swedish that allows you to communicate with residents and colleagues and to document as required by the organization. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. To be suited for the job, we see that you are social, responsive, able to work independently and in a team. You should have the client's needs at the center and have a professional approach to residents, relatives, and colleagues. Other Information Work is scheduled for day/evening/night shifts, as well as weekend work. Interviews and position assignments take place on an ongoing basis.
