Description Are you interested in working in healthcare and care within Storfors municipality? We are looking for people interested in working as hourly employees in functional support. We offer a varied job where you help people in their daily life and leisure time. Units we have within functional support include: LSS housing LSS leisure Personal assistance Residential support Work Tasks Work as a care assistant consists of helping individuals with personal hygiene and household management, including wood stove operation and grass cutting where applicable. The day is structured together with the individual, who is encouraged to participate actively in their own life and leisure time. Work tasks at certain units also include healthcare services delegated by the nurse. As a residential support worker, you help individuals organize their own home. Documentation is a requirement of the work and is done digitally. Qualifications We are looking for someone with care education or experience from care work, or other experience that the employer deems relevant. You must be at least 18 years old and have a command of Swedish that allows you to communicate with customers and colleagues and to document what the operation requires. Driver's license B and access to your own car are advantageous for getting to/from the workplace, which may be located in rural areas. Basic computer skills Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. To be suitable for the work, we see that you are social, attentive, able to work independently and in a group. You should have the customer's needs at the center and maintain a professional approach toward customers, relatives, and colleagues. Other Work is scheduled for day/evening/night shifts, as well as weekend service. Interviews and position assignments take place on an ongoing basis. Bring a valid ID, reference information, and if needed, work permit to the interview. Police Clearance To work in direct contact with users and patients, you must submit a police clearance certificate. You should request the certificate yourself from the Swedish Police Authority using the form "Extract from the Criminal Record" available in the forms archive on the police website.
