About the role You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operation. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train the care staff so that together you give each resident as good a life as possible. In this work, you work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work with the teams in daily operations.
