Who we are looking for: • Knowledge and experience as a production manager for mechanical systems • Complete planning and monitoring of production and deliveries • Good conversational and written skills in English • Ability to understand and interpret product requirements and standards • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Key responsibilities: - Collaboration with the CEO, mechanical and electrical engineering departments, and production departments for planning and product development; - Planning of the assembly team's daily work, daily monitoring; - Reporting progress to the CEO; As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase our products and are expected to communicate clearly and effectively with other team members to ensure that our products meet our customers' expectations and needs.
