DUTIES As an early childhood teacher in grades F-3, you are responsible for teaching in a class in close collaboration with colleagues. With our youngest students, we work purposefully to create secure relationships, identify social needs, and conduct early follow-ups in language and mathematics. We are careful to blend play and theory in the classroom and collaborate in mentor constellations with older students. Together with your colleagues, you plan activities based on the curriculum so that students have the opportunity to learn in all situations, both during lessons and through after-school activities. You actively work to create strong relationships with students and guardians and contribute to a safe and stimulating environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a teaching degree and teacher certification with authorization to teach grades F-3. You have experience with practical work based on the current curriculum and current experience with teaching in preschool class and/or grades 1-3. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Using IT in your teaching is something you feel confident with. We place great importance on personal qualities. You are a leader who can adapt your leadership style to the situation in the classroom and can plan and follow up on your work. Communicating with both adults and children in a respectful manner comes naturally to you.
