About the Role As a Technical Team Leader / Production Technician, you will become an important part of our operations team and daily production. You work practically and actively together with operators and other functions to ensure stable operation, good quality, high safety, and continuous improvement. You are someone who not only sees what needs to be improved – you also drive the improvement together with the team.
