The Position In this role, you will be an important piece of the puzzle in Premier Rider's sales organization with the aim of developing customer partnerships throughout Sweden. Your responsibilities will consist of further developing and creating customized business solutions for both new and existing customers. You will initially focus on building up your customer portfolio and developing new customers that you will manage and grow over time. In practice, this means you are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and market mapping to completed deals. Your customers are mainly in the manufacturing industry and resellers in the installation sector, where you act as a consultant in your sales for the solutions that create the greatest value for the customer. You will be offered a broad role where you work from the office or home office, but business travel may occur when needed since customer partnerships within your business area are prioritized. In the role you will also work closely with other colleagues at the office such as Inside Sales, Supply Chain, and others within the sales organization. Your main responsibilities: • Be an important position in the sales organization with the aim of developing customer partnerships. • Actively further develop and create customized business solutions. • Initially focus on new customer partnerships and build up the customer portfolio that you will manage and grow over time. Personal Qualities and Education As a person, you are a relationship-building individual with strong communication skills. You are goal-oriented and have high drive and engagement where you gain energy from customer interactions. You have a strong technical interest and curiosity to learn about Premier Rider's product solutions and act as a consultant in customer dialogue. To succeed in this role, you have at least some technical upper secondary education or have acquired equivalent experience in other ways. You should have previous experience in customer-facing roles and sales. It is a merit if you have driven sales of technical products within plumbing, construction, infrastructure, traffic safety equipment, or industry. You need good computer skills and fluent language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Of course, you need a valid driver's license.
