Market-leading Pontech Marina is now seeking a technical project sales manager based in Köping. About Us The Pontech Group, with the brands Pontech and Svenska Pontonhamnar, is one of Northern Europe's leading developers and builders of marinas, boat harbors, and floating structures. We currently operate in Sweden, Germany, Norway, Denmark, the Faroe Islands, and Poland. In the group, we have approximately 20 employees working with production, assembly, construction, administration, sales, and marketing. We have pontoon production outside Nyköping and in Torgelow, Germany. Our headquarters is located in Köping. About the Position As a sales representative at Pontech, you work proactively with customer mapping and outbound sales activities. As Sweden's largest supplier of floating structures, we also receive many inquiries and participate in major public procurements with Northern Europe as our work area. Your customers include, for example, marinas, boat clubs, construction companies, and private property owners in both Sweden and Northern Europe, which is your field of work, though with the greatest focus on Sweden when it comes to proactive customer development. The role therefore involves some travel. As a technical project sales manager, you are also responsible for project management of the solutions and contracts we offer our customers. To assist you, in addition to your sales and other colleagues, you have a project engineer who helps with CAD drawings and solution proposals, as well as an internal assembly department for delivery and installation of solutions. You report to the Managing Director, who is responsible for sales. Key Responsibilities Customer mapping and prospecting. You will have access to a well-established CRM system, UpSales, to work systematically with leads and follow-up of both existing and new customers Outbound sales activities, such as proactively contacting and visiting customers and prospects Develop solution proposals based both on customer wishes and local conditions, such as depth, seabed characteristics, exposure (weather), and other factors Project manage the solutions and contracts that we offer with responsibility for results to ensure margin and profitability Actively drive marketing campaigns and participate in marketing activities such as trade shows and other events Who Are We Looking For? You are confident in yourself, which means you naturally understand that structured work—both in terms of time planning and organized administrative work—is an important success factor in sales.
