Your Responsibilities As Technical Project Manager, you will be the hub connecting customer, market, design, procurement, and production. You are responsible for driving projects related to the introduction of new products and technical changes in existing products from customer inquiry to production start. The role is broad and operationally focused, where you ensure projects move forward with the right quality, structure, and pace. You become the connecting link that coordinates activities between different functions and ensures the right decisions are made at the right time. The goal is to create efficient processes, shorter lead times, and ensure that customer needs are translated into production-friendly and competitive solutions. Your Main Responsibilities: · Be the contact person for customers on technical matters and participate in customer dialogues when needed. · Collaborate closely with design, production, procurement, and market to create efficient and production-friendly solutions. · Follow up on project results, conduct post-project reviews, and work with continuous improvements. · Actively drive work forward by collecting, communicating, and following up on relevant information between different stakeholders. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and a natural ability to create structure and drive work forward. You have experience in project management, project coordination, or similar work in manufacturing industry and feel comfortable communicating with both customers and internal functions. You have technical education in, for example, mechanical engineering, production, or design, or equivalent experience from industry. You also have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, can interpret technical drawings and documentation, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. As a person, you are structured, communicative, and unpretentious. You enjoy multiple contact points, have an easy time building relationships, and are willing to drive issues forward to ensure projects reach their goals.
