Technical Project Manager for Defense-Related Operations We are now seeking several experienced technical project managers for an exciting and long-term assignment within defense-related operations. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in the intersection of technology, requirements, system solutions, and project management – and if you want to contribute to complex projects with high societal value. The assignment involves taking on a central role in technically advanced projects where you are responsible for breaking down complex technical systems into manageable parts, driving requirements work, and ensuring that solutions function as a cohesive whole. You will work closely with both customer-facing stakeholders and internal development teams. About the Role As a technical project manager, you are responsible for the technical progress of the project and serve as an important point of contact for technical issues. The role also includes elements similar to a solutions architect, where you are expected to be able to understand, evaluate, and communicate technical solutions clearly. Examples of tasks: Responsible for technical system solution and delivery Lead work related to system design and technical decisions Drive and structure requirements analysis Ensure that functional and technical requirements are met Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies Participate in planning of releases and system platform Act as technical point of contact towards customer and project organization Explain complex technical relationships to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Support as assistant project manager when needed We are looking for you who have At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering and requirements management Experience with technical project management in complex environments Strong ability to define, analyze, and evaluate technical requirements and solutions Experience with cross-functional collaboration with development teams, project management, and customer-facing stakeholders Good documentation practices and experience with Microsoft Office tools Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing Swedish citizenship, as the assignment is covered by security classification It is highly advantageous if you have experience from defense-related projects, information systems, work with government-related customers, or processes related to for example ISD and requirements management according to KSF.
