Technician for 5-Shift Operational Maintenance

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, 5-Shift | Start Date: ASAP or by agreement | Application Deadline: June 28, but selection and interviews are ongoing. We are now seeking a structured and meticulous team member for our 5-shift operation with a strong interest in technology! Our maintenance organization consists of 80 employees and performs planned and corrective maintenance on our machinery on behalf of the organization. We work for our internal customers to ensure high availability of our production lines and systems. What does the work involve? The 5-shift team is Spendrups' rapid response unit and consists of 4 technicians per shift team (2 mechanical and 2 electrical/automation). You will work with corrective and preventive maintenance including troubleshooting, analysis, and repairs. Preventive maintenance includes inspection/testing, lubrication, replacement of wear parts, and cleaning. We use the maintenance system Maximo for planning maintenance activities and reporting completed work. Working hours are shift-based, which for this position means: Morning shift: 05:48-14:00 - then weekend off Evening shift: 13:48-22:00 with 2 x 12-hour weekend shifts - then a week off Night shift: 21:48-06:00 with 12-hour weekend shift - then a week off Who are you? You are at least 18 years old and have a minimum upper secondary education in operations and maintenance or equivalent work experience. You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are structured and meticulous. Teamwork comes naturally to you and you have a strong interest in technology! Merits: forklift license, overhead crane license, fall protection, work platform, or hot work certification. If you don't have these, training will be provided as needed.
