Do you want to combine technical expertise, leadership, and service in an international environment? We are now recruiting a Technical Specialist to our service organization in Karlskrona. Here you'll have a central role where you contribute to developing our technicians and service activities throughout Scandinavia. CC Scandinavia handles all sales and service activities for soil compactors and asphalt pavers in Scandinavia. The organization you'll be joining has approximately 20 employees, of which 9 are based in Karlskrona. Your Responsibilities You'll become an important part of our team of approximately 15 people (5 of whom are in Karlskrona). You'll have a varied role where you: Plan and coordinate service assignments Provide technical guidance and support to our technicians Follow up and analyze results and KPIs Drive improvement initiatives and business opportunities, such as campaigns and projects Contribute to setting and achieving operational goals The work involves close collaboration with colleagues and customers and provides great opportunities to make an impact with your experience and expertise. WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and communicative, with strong leadership qualities and technical interest. You thrive in an environment where you take responsibility and develop both processes and people. We would like you to have: Experience in technical support, team leadership, or similar role Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Structured work approach and ability to analyze and follow up on results Flexibility and willingness to pitch in where needed Previous experience in the service or machinery industry is a plus.
