We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tech Lead / Lead Systems Architect for our customer who develops secure digital solutions for organizations with high demands on information security, availability, and robustness. The product area encompasses secure client platforms, mobile solutions, and communication services used in organizations with high requirements for information security. The solutions enable secure communication, document management, and business-critical workflows where availability, usability, and security are crucial. In the role, you combine your technical expertise with clear leadership. You serve as the technical leader for the team and are responsible for ensuring that architecture, technical decisions, and solutions support the long-term development of the product area. At the same time, you contribute operatively in the development work and ensure that solutions are sustainable from development, operations, and management perspectives. You work closely with developers, product management, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust and secure solutions. This is a direct recruitment, so employment will be directly with our customer in Danderyd. Examples of responsibilities: Lead and support the team on technical matters Manage system architecture and technical decisions Ensure high quality through code reviews and established development principles Participate actively in development work Collaborate with product management on requirements, priorities, and solution design Drive improvements in development processes, tools, and ways of working Contribute to developing the product area's technical strategy and long-term goals Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in secure IT systems and who has previously held a leading technical role. You have experience in system design and architecture in Linux and Windows-based environments and a good understanding of network and service architecture for desktop, server, and mobile platforms. You also have experience with web service technologies, software distribution, security updates, certificate management, and secure communication. As a person, you are accustomed to taking responsibility for technical decisions, creating alignment in development teams, and translating complex requirements into sustainable solutions. Requirements Several years of experience with secure IT systems and complex system solutions Experience in technical leadership, for example as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent Experience in system design and architecture in Linux and Windows-based environments Strong knowledge of network and service architecture for desktop, server, and mobile platforms Experience with web services, APIs, and integration solutions Knowledge of certificate management, PKI, and authentication and authorization solutions Experience working with security requirements throughout the entire system chain – from client and network to backend and operations environment Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Meritorious Experience in security-classified or security-protected operations Experience with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with highly available systems with redundancy, load balancing, and replication Experience with air-gapped environments or other environments with high security requirements Experience in product development within communication, security, or infrastructure solutions
