Your Assignment We offer stimulating and varied work. Your responsibilities include coordination, planning, staffing, and administration. Working hours are 40 hours per week, scheduled during daytime, Monday–Friday. As a Team Coordinator, you will be an important support to the unit manager and a valued collaborating partner with nursing assistants and care assistants in planning daily schedules for clients. Your primary priority is to ensure planning in relation to clients' approved services with focus on economic and health-related aspects. Supporting the unit manager and staff, you will be responsible for employment and credential administration, procurement, training, meetings, follow-ups, and development initiatives. In your role, you will have contact and collaboration with people both within and outside the organization, including colleagues, clients, relatives, home health care services, and case managers handling benefits and fees. Your Competence We are looking for someone with upper secondary school education and relevant post-secondary education in administration, logistics, planning, or another area the employer deems equivalent. Alternatively, you have documented experience in qualified planning and coordination work. You have experience with operational planning, for example in staffing, scheduling, or resource allocation, preferably from larger organizations, and are accustomed to handling complex flows, making prioritizations, and making well-founded decisions based on the organization's needs. The position requires very good computer skills and the ability to work effectively in various management systems. Experience with Life Care or similar systems and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package are merits. Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and a driver's license are requirements for the position. It is a merit if you have experience working in home care, for example as a nursing assistant or care assistant. An understanding of the organization and its work processes is valuable, as is the ability to support operations in daily work when needed. This is a coordinating and planning function suited for someone who enjoys working strategically and operatively with structure, planning, resource optimization, and operational flows. The role focuses on coordination and planning rather than traditional care work. You have a positive attitude, are curious and engaged, and act with good judgment in both decisions and communication. You have the ability to analyze and synthesize complex information, make assessments, and prioritize based on the organization's needs. At the same time, you work independently and take responsibility for finding solutions even in situations lacking clear answers. The role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changed circumstances. You need to be able to meet different individuals' needs and when necessary be prepared to step in briefly in care work when the organization requires it. Since the work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues and other functions, it is important that you have strong teamwork ability and are a communicative person who listens, builds good relationships, and adapts your communication to the recipient and situation. You also have good pedagogical ability and understanding that people take in information and knowledge in different ways. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
