With focus on both the here and now, as well as the future - we contribute together to a world that feels good! 🌍🧡🚀 Your role as Pharmacist/Team Leader for Kronans Apotek in Bua/Veddige/Torggatan We are looking for engaged and goal-oriented Team Leaders for our pharmacies in Bua/Veddige and on Torggatan in Varberg. You will work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who collectively take responsibility for the pharmacies and contribute to high-quality customer experiences. In addition to the ordinary tasks as a pharmacist, you will have the following responsibilities: Responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy in consultation with the Cluster Manager. The Team Leader shall ensure daily operations regarding good pharmaceutical supply, other merchandise sales, staffing and prioritize work tasks together with other employees. We offer full-time or by agreement. Desired start date by agreement. We are looking for someone who is ready for a slightly more challenging and developmental role where you, together with the Cluster Manager, are responsible for daily operations. You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy graduate. A role that suits you if you would like to work more with leadership and run a pharmacy. MAIN DUTIES Ensure the pharmacy is sales-ready at opening Ensure a good work environment in consultation with the Cluster Manager Ensure that new campaigns are properly displayed (if applicable) Communicate information to all employees Prioritize work tasks together with other employees. Manage incoming emails to the Pharmacy's email address. Resolve staffing issues in consultation with the Cluster Manager and make changes to the scheduling system Ensure that loaned and temporary staff receive an introduction at the pharmacy Your Application If this sounds like the right challenge for you, do not hesitate to send us your application.
