About the Role As Team Lead Production & Planning, you will have a central role in the business with responsibility for coordinating and driving work from order to delivery. You will be an important link between customers, suppliers, and production and will have significant personal responsibility for ensuring the business operates efficiently and in a structured manner. The role is broad and varied. You will work with production planning, preparation, procurement, order management, customer support, and delivery planning while contributing to developing routines, documentation, and working methods. You will also support production and participate in daily operations when needed. An important part of the assignment involves creating structure, ensuring that manufacturing documentation is correct, and contributing to making the company's processes more efficient and less dependent on individuals. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience from the manufacturing industry who thrives in a role where technology, planning, and customer contact meet. You are someone who takes initiative, sees what needs to be done, and has the ability to drive work forward in a structured way. You have a technical interest and feel comfortable understanding products, drawings, and different manufacturing methods. At the same time, you have good customer service skills and appreciate contact with both customers and suppliers. To succeed in this role, we believe you are thorough, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You work independently when needed but are also a team player who enjoys working in a smaller organization where everyone helps each other reach common goals. Qualifications We would like to see that you have experience in production planning, preparation, procurement, or other coordinating roles in industry. Knowledge of blueprint reading and business systems is a plus, as is experience with quality work, documentation, or CE-related matters. You have good computer skills, speak Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing, and hold a B-class driver's license.
