Education Upper secondary education in electrical, automation, or equivalent Knowledge Solid electrical knowledge and experience reading technical drawings Good computer skills Swedish and English, spoken and written Meritorious: ERP systems and/or marine experience Experience Experience in assembly within technical production Experience leading or delegating work in a team Meritorious: experience in quality, deviations, or material handling Competencies We're looking for someone who: Leads through clarity, structure, and presence in everyday work Has a strong attention to detail and works methodically to ensure high quality Takes ownership of the team's delivery and follows up that work meets the right standard Is communicative and comfortable handling different types of people Has strong ability to plan, prioritize, and create order Is solution-oriented and takes responsibility for the whole Works independently and drives work forward Contributes a positive, humble, and collaborative attitude Development Potential / Interest You want to develop within leadership and production You're driven to improve work methods and processes You have a strong commitment to quality and delivery Other Requirements / Conditions The role involves operational supervision without personnel responsibility You work operatively in production You support your direct manager in planning and follow-up You handle deviations, material flows, and some customer contact Why Choose Us?
