In short, this role means you contribute to helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Job details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probation period applies. Start date: August 1, 2026 or by agreement. Work hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's more about the role: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan operations in the Grocery team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. As Team Lead Grocery, you are responsible for a very important part of the store's product flow. Your team is responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the store is attractive and seasonally current. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and help team members grow and perform to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.
