In short, the position involves helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while you're being prepared to take the step to becoming a leader at Willys. Position details: Permanent full-time employment, probation period applies. Start date: 2026-07-20 or by agreement. Working hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the position: You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without full personnel responsibility as a team chef. Together with your team chef, you lead and plan your team's operations. You naturally take an active part in daily store operations. You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team chef. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team chef or perhaps eventually a store manager. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You are part of the management team in the store and have the team chef's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned through work and training.
