Taxi Kiruna AB is seeking a telephone operator for our switchboard, full-time position starting August 1, 2026. The job involves receiving booking requests via phone and email as well as traffic planning. Since you will be in contact with customers throughout the day, strong social skills are essential. The job can be periodically very stressful, so stress resilience is a must. Since we have both Swedish and international customers, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Fluent Swedish is a requirement so that customers are confident we have understood them correctly. All booking management is handled through various systems, so the computer will be, along with the phone, one of your most important work tools. Training is provided internally. Salary according to collective agreement with Unionen.
