The production site in Emmaboda is the largest within the Xylem group, and we currently have approximately 1,300 employees. Manufacturing includes all steps from casting to finished product. In addition to core production operations, the site also has a distribution center and support functions such as IT, Finance, and HR. Now we are looking for you to join an international team and continue developing your career in recruitment. About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a central role in the organization's recruitment efforts and drive processes from start to finish. You work closely with managers to understand business needs and ensure successful hires. The role is broad and varied, encompassing everything from volume recruitment to specialists and management positions. You are responsible for the entire candidate journey—from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding. You also actively contribute to strengthening our Employer Branding by creating attractive job postings, participating in career fairs, and proactively building pipelines with potential candidates. The role involves many touchpoints where you collaborate internally and build relationships externally, such as with nearby universities. Qualifications We are looking for someone with education in HR, business, psychology, or similar, and/or at least two years of recruitment experience. You are able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have good systems and computer skills. We believe you are organized, thorough, and comfortable managing multiple parallel processes. You are a relationship builder with a strong drive and genuine interest in people. You thrive in a collaborative environment, work results-oriented, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve your approach.
