We are increasing the pace of our production in Tanumshede and therefore need to strengthen our shift teams with more roof truss operators. These positions are temporary with the possibility of permanent employment. At our factory in Tanumshede, we manufacture roof trusses for building projects throughout Sweden. Here we work together, with a focus on quality, pace, and on-time delivery. Your main responsibilities include: Assemble roof trusses according to drawings and specifications Work with machines and tools and perform basic maintenance Check that products meet the correct quality standards Follow safety regulations and routines in daily work You will become part of a cohesive team where you help each other and drive production forward together. We are looking for you who have: Experience in production work or similar (advantageous) Ability to follow instructions and drawings Interest in practical and technical work Understanding of quality and safety Good knowledge of Swedish To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you are careful, take responsibility, and like working in a team.
