JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a systems technician, you will work with operations and lifecycle management of systems and clients. You will also work proactively with our IT security solutions. You will be an important part in further developing the IT infrastructure, contribute to the development of secure IT environments, and provide support to other operations regarding IT security. You will work in a team characterized by teamwork and collaboration, and you will have great opportunities to develop with us. You will participate in challenging and developmental assignments both independently and together with others in the team. QUALIFICATIONS For the role as a systems technician, we're looking for someone with strong communication and collaboration skills as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities. You have genuine technical expertise in IT with insight and understanding of components in modern IT infrastructure environments. We're looking for you with experience of: • Working with IT operations • Windows Server and Active Directory • Networks and network services such as DNS, DHCP, etc. • VMware virtualization • Scripting knowledge, for example PowerShell It's particularly interesting if you have experience with: • Implementing and maintaining IT security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus programs, and encryption • Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc. • Google Workspace/G-Suite • Linux • Federation/SAML You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B-level driver's license is required.
