Job Description Are you a freelancer with solid experience in systems integration and Linux environments? Do you want to take on an exciting assignment in Swedish defense industry – but without having to run it as your own business? We offer project employment with us, which gives you the assignment, security, and the opportunity to focus on what you do best. We have an ongoing need for skilled integrators and systems engineers for assignments within security-critical IT infrastructure for the Swedish armed forces. You will work with integration, deployment, and security solutions in Linux and Windows environments, often in close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and end users. The assignments span various phases of the project with emphasis on early phases such as systems integration and modifications of communications and security solutions. Travel will occur, mostly within Sweden. Qualifications You are self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working closely with customers and technical teams. You have higher education in computer science, networks, or equivalent experience, and at least 3–8 years of relevant work experience (we seek profiles at different levels). You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Requirements Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance) Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Solid Linux competence (administration, troubleshooting, hardening) Experience with network management and basic IT security Bash scripting Python scripting Experience with virtualization and deployment Version control (Git) CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) Meritorious Automation with Ansible Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) VPN configuration Log management (ELK, Splunk) Certifications (RHCSA, LPIC, CISSP) Additional Information You will work in interesting areas and environments with varied tasks.
