About the Position Vestre Production AB in Torsby is expanding its production and is now seeking a welder for its facility in Torsby. You will be part of a team responsible for welding various components for Vestre's sustainable outdoor furniture. Strong focus is placed on safety, health, environment, as well as quality and delivery. Your working hours are 2-shift and Vestre's expanded need is for a full-time position. You will work in Vestre's excellent production facility in Torsby. As a welder at Vestre, your main responsibilities will include: - MIG/MAG welding - Quality control - Blueprint reading - Teamwork The Welder position at Vestre is a consulting assignment starting immediately! You will become part of our staffing services, which means you will be employed by Adecco to perform work at Vestre. About You You have previous experience working as a welder and preferably have training in welding with a focus on MIG/MAG. You are a goal-oriented person who is driven while also being thoughtful, with high quality awareness and attention to detail. You are quick to learn with a willingness to grow; you are an easy-going and positive person who enjoys working independently and being part of a team where you contribute to workplace satisfaction. You are a loyal person with strong work ethic who understands the importance of being present and meeting production targets in a production environment. Taking initiative, showing curiosity, interest, and engagement in your work comes naturally to you.
