For more information, visit: www.aqgroup.com Here's what you'll work with: · TIG welding: For those beautiful, surgical welds that require finesse. · MIG/MAG: When it needs to go fast and hold solid in most materials. · Blueprint puzzles: You read blueprints as easily as others read comic strips. · Quality control: You'd rather double-check one too many times than release something that isn't "top notch". · Collaboration & improvement: Active collaboration with colleagues to ensure production flow and participate in improvement work on processes and manufacturing methods. · Maintenance: Daily inspection of welding equipment and ensure a good and safe work environment. · Assembly: Assembly of various different components—you should be able to use a screwdriver. Who are you (besides a welding genius)? We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in welding: · You have experience with both TIG and MAG/MIG (this is where the magic happens). · You're a materials expert – whether it's stainless steel, aluminum, or regular steel, it doesn't matter; you know how to work with them. · You have a positive attitude – we like people who spread energy (and not just static electricity). · You're self-driven but understand that the team wins in the long run. · Very good ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions. · Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
