About the Position We are now seeking experienced welders who want to work with qualified steel structures in infrastructure projects! As a welder on the team at our client company, you will work with manufacturing and welding of heavy steel structures, such as beams, bridge supports, and other load-bearing components that are part of bridges and related structures. You will be an important part of an engaged and experienced team where autonomy and responsibility are a natural part of everyday work. The role requires you to take your own initiative, work in a structured manner, and be a team player. Varying work hours will occur. We are looking for you who: • Have experience welding with MIG/MAG and stick welding • Have worked with steel structures in a workshop or industrial setting • Can read and understand technical drawings • Take responsibility for your work and thrive with autonomy and responsibility • Are a team player Certificates/licenses are meritorious — but experience and the right attitude are what matters most. Project-based assignments throughout Sweden but primarily jobs in the Malmö area, as well as the opportunity for long-term collaboration.
