WORK TASKS About the workplace Do you want to help develop the future of elderly care? We are now seeking an engaged specialist nursing assistant for Svarte Special Housing. This position combines nursing care work with an expanded role as deputy coordinator and quality representative. Work tasks As a specialist nursing assistant, you work with qualified nursing care and support based on the residents' individual needs. You are also expected to contribute with training and knowledge sharing within your specialist area to colleagues and other staff members. In your role as deputy coordinator, you function as support to the coordinator and are responsible for covering in cases such as vacation, illness, or other absence. The role includes, among other things: • Ensuring adequate staffing and personnel resources in the facility. • Managing absences and coordinating substitute staffing when needed. • Supporting daily planning and operations of the facility. • Being a point of contact for staff members on coordination matters. • Contributing to structure, continuity, and a good work environment. As a quality representative, you work together with your manager and colleagues to develop and follow up on the facility's quality work. You ensure that routines, work methods, and documentation maintain high quality and contribute to good and safe care. When not serving as deputy coordinator, you work in regular operations with typical nursing assistant tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and has further education as a specialist nursing assistant. You must also be able to provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of your protected professional title, as well as grades and/or diploma from specialist training. You have good knowledge of Swedish and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. It is advantageous if you: • Are a specialist nursing assistant with a focus on dementia or psychiatry. • Have experience with coordination tasks or similar administrative roles within health and care. • Have experience with quality work and operational development. • Have good computer skills and experience with documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and solution-oriented. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy supporting and guiding colleagues. You can work independently, make decisions within the scope of your role, and build good relationships with both residents, relatives, and staff members.
