Now we're establishing the Aspire concept in Sweden for the first time, and we're looking for Lounge Supervisors who want to drive this exciting launch at Arlanda. About the roleAs a Lounge Supervisor, you play an important role in the daily operations of the lounge and in shaping the guest experience from day one. You lead the team operationally during your shifts, maintain a visible presence in the operation, and ensure that service, workflow, and atmosphere maintain a consistently high standard. This is an operational role where you work closely with both guests and colleagues. You support the team in their daily work, manage ongoing tasks, and help create a welcoming and professional environment for all travelers. In close collaboration with the Lounge Manager, you also participate in planning, quality monitoring, onboarding, training, and improvement initiatives. You thrive with responsibility, take your own initiative, and feel confident in a dynamic environment where the pace varies. Your presence and leadership contribute to building a culture where people feel safe, motivated, and proud of the service they deliver. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you're responsible for leading the team during your shifts and ensuring the lounge operates efficiently and professionally. You guide colleagues in their daily work, provide support during service, and ensure every guest is well looked after. You monitor staffing, attendance, and scheduling to create structure and clarity in operations. You handle guest matters and any service challenges in a calm and solution-focused manner, always prioritizing the guest experience. Together with the Lounge Manager, you ensure that procedures, security requirements, and hygiene standards are followed. You gather and report documentation for billing, document incidents as needed, and participate in follow-up and improvement measures. An important part of the role is also supporting new employees and contributing to a strong service culture where the team develops and thrives. Qualifications and experienceWe believe you thrive in a role where you take responsibility, lead others, and create a sense of security for both guests and colleagues. You are organized, communicative, and maintain your composure even when the pace is high. Requirements Experience from service, hospitality, or other guest-facing operations Strong communication skills in Swedish and English Ability to lead a team during shifts and support colleagues in their daily work Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to undergo and pass airport security clearance Comfortable with shift work Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) It's an advantage if you have experience in premium service or have previously worked in a leadership or support role within hotels, restaurants, lounges, or airport environments. Experience with onboarding, training, guest feedback, or improvement initiatives is also valuable. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a genuine service focus, a confident presence, and an interest in building strong teams.
