Adult Education is characterized by openness and a strong focus on citizens. A central part of our operations is our Learning Center, which provides Timrå municipality's adult citizens with an open study environment and flexible opening hours. All staff work to provide support and encouragement so that students reach their goals in their studies, regardless of which educational institution they attend. We're looking for you who want to be part of this operation. Your Tasks Your tasks include greeting and guiding visitors in the learning center, supporting students in their learning, helping with technical questions, providing language support as needed, assisting teachers in instruction, and occasionally serving as a test proctor. Furthermore, we want you to focus on ensuring students receive good service and to be highly service-oriented. You maintain a professional approach when meeting with students and visitors from other educational institutions. You will have access to a mentor and a wonderful team of colleagues – we warmly welcome your application. Qualifications Experience in school, social work, and multilingualism is desirable. We place great importance on personal suitability. Recruitment is ongoing. To be considered for employment, you may be required to: • present a valid ID document • if necessary, provide proof of education with grades or diplomas • have the right to work in Sweden and present a valid work permit • if necessary, present a valid driver's license • if necessary, present a valid professional license For certain positions, security clearance may be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. If the position is subject to security clearance, you must undergo and be approved through this process. For a small number of security-cleared positions, in addition to requiring approved security clearance, Swedish citizenship may also be required.
