Administrative Assistant 2-year employment at the pastor's office About the Job Strömsunds Pastorat consists of seven congregations: Bodum, Fjällsjö, Frostviken, Gåxsjö, Hammerdal, Ström-Alanäs, and Tåsjö. The pastor's office is responsible for the ongoing administrative operations of the entire pastorat. We are looking for someone who wants to grow and develop with our organization. As a person, you are thorough and service-oriented. You appreciate order and organization but remain humble about your responsibilities. You have a positive attitude toward most things and value both collaboration with colleagues and working independently on projects. You have the ability to see the bigger picture, understand how the operations function, and contribute to our development efforts. You express yourself well both orally and in writing. The position requires good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Your main responsibilities will include: - Filing, archiving. Managing our filing system - GDPR. Developing, updating, and training - HR. Support for our staff - Payroll system. Support for our staff - Software implementation and updates. Implementation and training - Asset administration - Some office reception duties. Visits and phone calls The administrative assistant reports to the vicar and is part of the office but belongs to the pastor's office group. Your location is Strömsund.
