We are now seeking a Strategic Analyst who wants to help strengthen our decision-making and drive development in the municipality. With us, you will have a central role at the Municipal Administration Office with real opportunities to make an impact. This is your job As a Strategic Analyst, you will work on developing qualified analyses and decision-making materials for municipal leadership and political bodies. You will work across the entire municipality's operations and focus on issues important for the future—from governance and organization to development and societal matters. The role involves working both independently and in close collaboration with others. Your main responsibilities - Conduct investigations of a strategic and municipal-wide nature - Develop decision-making materials for the Municipal Board and committees - Analyze operations, statistics, and external environment to support development and prioritization - Coordinate and lead assignments or projects affecting multiple departments - Support managers and operations in investigation and development matters - Present analyses and proposals for decisions to leadership and political bodies The work is varied and can range from shorter analyses to larger, complex investigations. Terms of employment We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and has a strong interest in societal development.
