JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The position is located at our service residence, which is a service within LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Certain Persons with Disabilities). As a support pedagogue, you will, together with others in the work group, develop working methods and strategies to give service users participation, influence, and greater self-determination based on each individual user's needs. Therefore, your personal commitment and ability to work user-centered are central to us. You will support your colleagues in creating implementation plans and social documentation. You are a knowledge resource and role model in pedagogical work and conduct. The position involves both work in the operation and an administrative component. Familiarity with the target group and the ability to maintain a respectful approach to the individual's integrity are of great importance. QUALIFICATIONS • You have a degree from upper secondary vocational education in support pedagogy. • You have knowledge of both physical and mental disabilities. We would appreciate if you have knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and cognitive support. • As a support pedagogue, you have the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in your professional practice. You have a talent for motivating and inspiring others to reach jointly set goals. • The position requires flexibility and ability to cooperate. • You must have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. • We place great emphasis on personal suitability and practical knowledge within the profession. • Class B driver's license is a requirement. Prior to employment, a criminal record extract must be presented along with documentation proving that you are allowed to work on the Swedish labor market. For example, a certificate of Swedish/EU/EEA citizenship (such as a passport), a certificate of residence permit, or a certificate of work permit to work in Sweden. Salary form: Monthly salary.
