About Unika Rökaholms Gård Unika Rökaholms Gård is beautifully located in the countryside, between Trolleholm and Billinge. The service housing comprises 8 apartments. The service housing is aimed at user group 1, LSS. About the role as Support Educator In the role of support educator, you will provide support and services based on the residents' wishes, both at home and in leisure activities. You should contribute to enabling the resident to have an active and meaningful life. Furthermore, you should be able to see each person's individual needs and be able to conduct pedagogical work based on this. Since needs vary among users, no two days are alike, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job. You will work closely with users together with your colleagues and have a great responsibility to, in consultation with the operations manager, drive and develop the pedagogical work at the facility. Some delegated health and medical care tasks are part of the work. Qualifications You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy cooperating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: Degree from support educator education 200 YH points or 60 HP in pedagogy. Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group, adults, user group 1. Basic knowledge of household work such as diet and hygiene. Computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written. B driver's license and access to your own car. A personal car is required as public transportation to and from the workplace is not available. Meritorious if you also have: Experience in conducting pedagogical work within LSS. Experience working with people with autism and challenging behavior. Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral problems. Experience with clarifying communication and low-affective approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Terms of Employment Type of employment: Permanent position, we apply a 6-month probationary period. Degree of service: Approximately 90%. Work hours: Varying hours, on-call every other weekend, half-time on-call duty. Start date: 1/8-2026 or by agreement.
