Our target group consists of boys and girls aged 16–20 years with psychosocial difficulties, neuropsychiatric diagnoses (NPF), or those who need support in transitioning from residential care or foster homes to a more independent life. The young people should primarily be able to manage their daily living with support, but not require the more intensive treatment that residential care (HVB) offers. As a residential support worker, you are a contact person, provide support with daily activities, document interventions, and collaborate with authorities, healthcare, and other partners. We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in social work, treatment pedagogy, or similar, as well as experience working with young people. Valuable qualifications include knowledge of CBT, clarifying pedagogy, MI, or low-arousal approaches. As a person, you are confident, empathetic, flexible, and solution-focused. Strong documentation skills are also required, including record-keeping, development of implementation plans, and writing monthly reports. The position involves scheduled work during days, evenings, and weekends, including on-call nights. A Class B driver's license is required. Interviews are held on a rolling basis. We accept referrals from the social services throughout the country. We offer a safe and homely residential environment with individualized interventions based on implementation plans and individual goals. In the role of residential support worker, you work with comprehensive interventions in the young person's daily life, such as: - Together with your colleagues, ensure good structure and that the home's routines are maintained and followed to create a safe and predictable daily life for our young people. - Provide support and work with interventions related to activities of daily living (ADL) - Participate in educational meals with the young people - When needed, collaborate with school, guardians, and other care providers
