We are now seeking a support assistant/support educator for our short-term activities for children and young people according to LSS/SOL – a workplace where care, safety, development, and low-arousal approaches are at the center. About the Position We offer short-term visits for children and young people with special support needs. The work is based on low-arousal approaches, clear structure, and individualized support. You work closely with the children/youth in their daily life with a focus on safety, participation, and development. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES Provide support in daily routines Plan and carry out activities Work with low-arousal approaches Support social interaction Document according to LSS/SOL and implementation plans Collaborate with guardians QUALIFICATIONS Education: support educator, support assistant, childcare worker, nursing assistant, or equivalent Experience working with children/youth, preferably within NPF diagnoses Good Swedish in speech and writing We Are Looking for You Who are calm, secure, and clear in your approach. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and can create structure and predictability for the children/youth.
