Description We are looking for you to take on an exciting and varied assignment as a support assistant working awake night shifts. In your role at Lindbacken, a relief residence within LSS, you will work with children and young people who are part of the LSS target group. Job Duties To support children and young people based on their individual needs in situations that arise during nighttime. To work with the unit manager, operations manager, and other staff according to the goals and guidelines established for the activity. You will work with professional demeanor and clear pedagogical methods according to individual implementation plans and established routines for each child/young person. The work involves working independently. Qualifications We are looking for you who have completed the Care and Nursing Program or the Children's and Leisure Program with a social focus, with passing grades. You may also have other education that the employer considers equivalent. We are looking for you who have an interest in working with people in the LSS target group and preferably have experience working with children and young people previously. You must have a calm demeanor, the ability to work independently, and a professional approach. It is important to have the ability to reflect on your own approach and have the willingness and desire to work according to proven methods, be flexible, attentive, and unpretentious. You should have a positive view of people and find collaboration easy. Since problem-causing and challenging behavior occurs, experience with similar work and the ability to think preventatively to minimize risks and threatening situations is required. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. A valid driver's license is a merit.
