JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Facilities Cleaner at Stenungsundshem, you will perform cleaning and maintenance of our stairwells and common areas within our property portfolio. You work in a team where you collaborate with our Property Caretakers and Environmental Custodians. We can offer varied tasks and development opportunities. You are responsible for maintaining and developing good customer relationships and ensuring that the properties you are responsible for are clean and well-maintained. Your direct manager is the Property Manager who oversees internal and external maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you should have relevant education or experience in the facilities cleaning industry. We would like to see that you have worked or are working as a Facilities Cleaner. As a person, you are service-oriented, good at building and maintaining relationships. You work well with others by being attentive and flexible, and can adapt to different situations and people. You are secure and stable. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks and working in a structured manner. The role requires that you express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, and have a Class B driver's license.
