APNC Sweden is now hiring a Statistician, Project Lead! APNC Sweden is a growing company specializing in medical statistics. Our clients are primarily medical researchers in academia as well as pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Today, APNC Sweden consists of 18 people with diverse backgrounds in statistics, mathematics, bioinformatics, programming, QA, and research. Our headquarters is located in Mölndal, in the growing life science cluster GoCo Health Innovation City. We also have an office at Medicon Village in Lund. We are now seeking an experienced statistician with a strong interest in medical research and the ability to independently manage projects. Personality and collaboration skills are important qualities for meeting our clients and contributing to the company's continued development. As a Statistician, Project Lead, you will contribute statistical expertise and methodological support throughout the entire process of clinical studies and research projects. You will play an important role in ensuring high quality, scientific rigor, and efficient analytical solutions. Responsibilities: · Oversee statistical aspects of clinical studies and research projects · Participate in study design and application of statistical methods · Develop and review protocols, SAPs, and statistical reports · Perform and ensure quality of statistical analyses and programming (SAS, R, or Python) · Serve as the statistical contact person in client and project meetings · Contribute to scientific publications and regulatory documentation · Act as project manager on certain projects and support colleagues in daily work · Contribute to quality assurance and internal improvement initiatives Qualifications: · University degree in statistics, mathematical statistics, or mathematics (MSc required, PhD is a plus) · Experienced statistician (approximately 5+ years of experience) with strong knowledge of clinical research · Experienced in managing projects and communicating with clients · Experience coordinating or leading projects is required · Good knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards · Experience with advanced statistical methods and programming · Interest in quality, innovation, and collaboration Why APNC?
