About the Role As a machine setter, you work closely with production and are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and optimizing our injection molding machines. You play an important role in ensuring stable processes, high quality, and efficient production. Responsibilities: Set up and commission injection molding machines Optimize processes for quality and efficiency Troubleshoot and solve production problems Monitor and adjust production parameters Document settings and process improvements Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams Your Profile: Experience with injection molding and machine setup Technical understanding and interest in production Accustomed to working structurally and carefully Solution-oriented and proactive Team player You speak and write Swedish fluently Other Information: Work location: Käraby, Ås Work hours: Day shift Curious to know more?
