Are you a licensed physician who wants to develop your career in primary care? We at Onsala Health Center are now seeking a dedicated and responsible physician to strengthen our team. With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop in your role. About the Position As an ST physician, you'll follow your ST plan and we offer a supportive educational environment with continuous supervision on your path toward specialist physician competence. During the first year, you'll work at the health center, and over the following four years, health center work will alternate with placements at specialist clinics. Beyond mandatory ST courses, you'll be offered excellent development opportunities with continuous training both internally and externally, based on interest and operational needs. We also expect you to be involved in improvement work and operational development. You'll receive your own limited patient list, which will expand during your ST employment. About Us Onsala Health Center, located about one mile outside the central town of Kungsbacka, is a pleasant and well-established health center with approximately 10,200 registered patients. We are around 45 employees who provide quality care with the patient as our focus. The health center also manages three nursing homes. Good service is important to us, and we value a good work environment and high job satisfaction! Together, we are the obvious choice for our residents when they need primary care. Beyond providing quality care, we also offer health-promoting and disease-prevention services. The health center operates a laboratory, child health clinic (BVC), district nurse clinic, and specialist clinics for asthma/COPD and diabetes. We also have a rehabilitation team within Onsala Health Center. Competence development is important to us, and collegial dialogue is a high priority with regular physician meetings and scheduled development time. The unit's physicians have several side assignments. Within the same building, there is also a pharmacy and dental care. You can easily get here by car or public transportation, and there is free parking. About You You are a licensed physician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. To be eligible for an ST position in general medicine, you must have completed foundation training (BT) or previously completed general training (AT) according to older regulations. Swedish language skills at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. Experience from primary care is a merit. We are looking for someone who wants to help develop primary care together with us. You are curious and attentive to patients' needs and are a communicative person. Good collaboration skills are valued, while you are comfortable working independently. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. We warmly welcome your application!
