Your Role With Us As an ST-physician, your tasks include examining, investigating, assessing, and treating patients. The ST-physicians have regular and highly valued meetings for continuing education and reflection together with the study director. About the Workplace Getinge Health Center consists of physician and district nurse clinics, specimen collection, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, child health care (BVC), and specialized clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, and smoking cessation. Getinge Health Center works closely with our sister health center, Bäckagård. The health centers share working methods and values and continuously strive to develop collaboration benefits. Getinge is a health center in the countryside, while Bäckagård is located on the outskirts of Halmstad city center. We have the benefit of close collaboration with our R&D unit and TILMA, which works with substance abuse. The health centers offer a pleasant and familial atmosphere where everyone on the team helps one another. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and you are expected to put the "team" first. We work together for patient health, and you contribute to patients experiencing our interactions as simple and welcoming. About You We are looking for you—a licensed physician with a genuine interest in general medicine. Completed/approved AT or BT is a requirement. Beyond good medical competence and thoroughness, we place great emphasis on personal qualities such as commitment, versatility, and good interpersonal skills. You are expected to have a positive and professional approach to patients and colleagues. Furthermore, we see you as a responsible and proactive person.
