About the Role As an IT specialist, you will work with infrastructure and IT security at both operational and tactical levels in a fully cloud-based environment based on Azure and Microsoft 365. You will be part of a small team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and shared responsibility are central to the work. In this role, you are responsible for identifying areas for improvement within infrastructure and IT security and implementing these in practice by analyzing needs, developing solutions, and driving implementation. You work both independently and together with colleagues and contribute to developing and streamlining the IT environment, including through automation and work with Infrastructure as Code. An important part of the work is ensuring that the environment is up-to-date, secure, and functions effectively over time. You plan and manage your tasks within the team's backlog and follow up that work is completed according to plan. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and suppliers, where you may both set requirements and lead work within your area of responsibility. Beyond development work, the role also includes an operational responsibility. You participate in what is called "operational week," where the team, according to a rotating schedule, takes greater responsibility for support and user-related IT questions that cannot be resolved by the first-line helpdesk. Work Location: Sundsvall Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to be part of developing a modern, cloud-based IT environment. You have an academic degree from college or university, or equivalent experience that has given you a solid technical foundation and the ability to quickly learn new areas. You have several years of experience working with IT infrastructure in Azure and Microsoft 365 and feel confident in how modern IT environments are built, developed, and secured. You have good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, for example, client and server environments as well as services such as Exchange and Intune, and you have a natural understanding of the importance of IT security in a cloud-based reality. If you also have experience with Infrastructure as Code, for example, through scripts or tools like Bicep, or have worked with security solutions like Microsoft Defender, we see that as a great plus. To thrive in this role, you are someone who takes responsibility and drives your work forward, while you appreciate working with others and contributing to the team's development. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoy going from idea to implemented improvement. You also have good communication skills and can clearly share your knowledge with both colleagues and other parts of the organization. You communicate freely in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and feel motivated to be part of creating a secure, stable, and future-proof IT environment.
